Yuba Watershed Institute Planning Updates

The Implementation Plan is being developed by concensus among a community that includes the board of directors of the Yuba Watershed Institute, cooperating specialists with State and Federal Agencies, and cooperating scientists. To attain concensus, initial ideas are circulated to this group for discussion and feedback.
